Interview Questions

3 People & 3 Questions

1. Egan-
*What do you think we need to work on as a team?
-As a team we are working on a higher level of communication and the drive to always want to play with some grit.
*What do you think the teams strength is?
-One of our strengths this year is our ability to adapt. With injuries with some of our starting players it has forced us to get out of our comfort zone and play positions that we wouldn't typically play and play them competitively
*How do you think the season is going so far?
-I'm never completely satisfied with anything, but I feel that we have a competitive team put together whether or not we have our "starting 6" on the court.

2. Ashley-
*How do you think we can do better?
-Keep working on plays and defense and we're set.
*What do you think the strength is of our team?
-our offense is very strong!
*What's your favorite part of the season so far?
-My favorite part is having Kelsey Schile back on the court with me.

3. Rob-
*What do you think we need to work on the most?
-I think belief in yourselves and the confidence you can compete with anyone. I love to watch individuals grow and gain confidence in their abilities.
*What do you enjoy most about watching us play?
-I love it when players gain confidence and just let it out and play their hearts out.
*As a parent, how do you feel the season is going?
-I feel the season is going well. I don't judge success by only wins and losses, although that is important. Another big part of success is how the players and the team is developing and growing. In thinking back over the season so far all players have shown tremendous improvement and the team is coming together more as a "team" and the play is showing that.
